Guigal's top single-vineyard Condrieu from the Coteau de Condrieu plots. Rich, opulent Viognier at its most decadent with exceptional concentration.

What it pairs with

  • Pan-seared foie gras
The wine's richness and apricot notes are the classic match for foie gras.
  • Langoustine bisque
The floral and stone-fruit character elevates a creamy shellfish bisque.
  • Roast white asparagus with hollandaise
Viognier's stone fruit and creaminess are a textbook white asparagus pairing.

History

La Doriane was first produced in 1994 as a selection of Guigal's finest Condrieu terroirs. Named by Marcel Guigal, it represents the house's most ambitious single-vineyard white wine.
