History

Cuatro Pasos Rosé comes from vineyards in the Bierzo valley where the most vigorous, leafiest parcels shade the bunches from direct sun, giving the Mencía greater freshness. Those parcels are picked early, direct pressed for a delicate colour extraction and cold fermented at 18 degrees to hold the fruit and floral aromas.

Frequently asked about Cuatro Pasos Rosé

How is Cuatro Pasos Rosé made?
