History
Col Vetoraz was founded in 1993 specifically to produce Cartizze and premium Prosecco Superiore from the hillsides above Santo Stefano. The winery sits at higher elevation than most Valdobbiadene estates, exploiting the cooler microclimate for aromatic complexity.
