A fresh, aromatic multi-variety white Chateauneuf from La Nerthe; lighter-textured than the Beaucastel or Pegau whites, with floral perfume and clean acidity.

What it pairs with

  • Grilled Mediterranean vegetables with herbs
Floral, herb-accented white Chateauneuf pairs naturally with vegetable dishes.
  • Sea bass en papillote with lemon
Fresh acidity and citrus notes complement delicate fish.

History

The white La Nerthe is a blend of all four primary white varieties grown at the estate. After the 1985 renovation, the estate began producing a modern, aromatic white Chateauneuf in old foudres.
