History

Tebaida Nº5 comes from Viña Sapita, which José Bouza Potes had replanted in 1903 after phylloxera with money sent home from Brazil. The site runs to two and a half hectares of bush-trained Mencía on stony ground with a high concentration of slate, quartz and iron, and yields very little.
