Bodegas y Viñedos Luna Beberide ★ 4.5

Started in 1986 by Alejandro Luna, farming 30 hectares between Finca Valdetruchas and the old high parcels at Dragonte in Corullón, on slate and clay-limestone, with vines over 60 years old on south-facing slopes.

Tasting: Finca Valdetruchas vineyard visits by prior reservation. Winter weekdays 08:00 to 16:00, summer weekdays 07:00 to 15:00.

Bodega del Abad ★ 4.3

Carracedelo cellar on the old N-VI working 25 hectares and bottling single-variety Mencía and Godello, with Carracedo as the top red.

Tasting: Guided tours by prior appointment, Monday to Saturday at 11:00, covering reception through bottling.

José Luis Prada's estate at Canedo, running since 1972, combining Mencía and Godello with a restaurant, 15 rooms and a preserved-food business at the Palacio de Canedo.

Tasting: Guided vineyard tours with tastings at Palacio de Canedo, alongside 15 rooms and a restaurant on the estate.

Bodega Cuatro Pasos ★ 4.1

The Bierzo arm of the Galician cooperative Bodegas Martín Códax, based on Calle Santa María in Cacabelos and built around Mencía under the bear label. The cellar does not receive visitors.

Tasting: The bodega states that its cellar is currently closed to the public and that it runs no enoturismo visits.

Grower cooperative on the Camino de Santiago at Camponaraya, working since 1963 across 25,000 square metres of buildings with more than 600 barrels.
