In the glass

Medium-bodiedHigh acidityDryLong finish

Aroma: strawberry, red berries, flowers, citrus, yeast

Palate: red fruit, citrus, cream

Pronounced pink with a very persistent fine mousse. Pinot Noir gives width and texture rather than grip; Chardonnay carries the body, so the wine reads soft without losing its acidity.

What it pairs with

  • Tuna tartare
Red fruit meets the fish and the bubbles keep it fresh.
  • Brda prosciutto with figs
The strawberry note runs with the fruit while acidity cuts the ham.
  • Grilled prawns
Six grams of dosage sit comfortably with shellfish sweetness.
