Aroma: tropical fruit, dried fruit, honey

Palate: dried fruit, honey

Deep tawny with a golden tinge, carrying top notes of tropical and dried fruit and honey over a full, harmonious, soft body that is rich in tannin. Served at 8 to 10 degrees.

What it pairs with

  • White meat
Named first by the estate; the wine's tannin can take roast bird or pork.
  • Seafood
Vazisubani lists seafood, and the wine's weight lets it work where a light white would not.
  • Spicy Asian dishes
The estate specifically recommends spicy Asian food; honey and dried fruit blunt chilli heat.
