What it pairs with

  • Sole meunière
The wine's citrus and mineral precision is a classic partner for simply prepared flatfish.
  • Asparagus risotto
Mineral and herbal notes complement the earthiness of asparagus in a risotto context.
  • Chicken paprikás with dumplings
Hungary's national dish finds a natural regional partner in Mád's dry white blend.

History

Szepsy's Cuvée was introduced to offer a multi-dűlő perspective on the estate's dry wine range, blending Furmint and Hárslevelű from different Mád classified sites for a more accessible and versatile expression than the individual single-vineyard bottlings.
