Chalk mineral and tangy cheese form a natural textural and flavour match.
History
The Szt. Tamás (St. Thomas) dűlő is one of Mád's three first-class classified vineyards. Szepsy began separate dry Furmint vinification from this site in 2003, paralleling the single-vineyard sweet-wine tradition with an equivalent dry-wine expression.
