History

Sant'Urbano is the Speri family's own hill in the comune of Fumane, between 280 and 350 metres, with a high average vine age. For the Superiore the grapes dry 25 to 30 days, which the estate says gives concentration, richness of scent and softness that reach balance after about two years of ageing.
