History

Corteforte has been certified organic since 2018 and also holds the SQNPI sustainability certification of the Consorzio Valpolicella. Bertarè is picked in a double differentiated harvest, fermented in small vessels to dryness with frequent pump-overs, then refermented in April on the Recioto or Amarone pomace.
