In the glass

What it pairs with
-
Shellfish
Scurek names shellfish; the wine's texture and salinity meet them head on. -
Truffles
The producer names truffles, and skin contact wines give them a frame that a steel white cannot. -
Aged cheese
Tannin and salt work against each other in the right way.
