Straw yellow with gold tints. One of the two blends the family names as its own signature, oak raised but still fresh, and finishing long.

What it pairs with

  • Spiced fish dishes
Scurek names them; the wine's weight stands up to seasoning.
  • White meat
Oak raising gives it the structure for roast poultry or veal.
  • Young cheese
Fresh acidity keeps a mild cheese from muting the wine.
