Aroma: meadow flowers, ripe orchard fruit

Palate: yellow apple, almond, saline minerality

Golden yellow with green tints. Sauvignonasse from the Gredic site, full flavoured and warm, with a long close.

What it pairs with

  • Fish dishes
Scurek names fish; the wine's weight carries them without oak interference.
  • Minestrone
A warm, full white is one of the few things that works with a thick vegetable soup.
  • Grilled vegetables and pasta
The saline finish picks up the char.
