Aroma: dried fruit, coriander seed, white pepper, green apple

Palate: lemon tea, spice, nut

Floral and delicate on the nose, faintly nutty, with dried fruit, coriander and white pepper; the palate runs to lemon tea and spice with a slight tannic grip from the skins.

What it pairs with

  • Lobio, spiced kidney beans with coriander
Coriander in the pot mirrors the coriander-seed note the producer flags in the wine.
  • Mushroom ketsi baked with sulguni
Skin-contact texture and earthy mushroom are natural partners.
  • Tabaka, pressed fried chicken with garlic
The wine's acidity and tannin cut through crisp fried skin.
