What it pairs with

History

Lucido takes its name from the bright appearance of Catarratto bianco lucido, a variant with less bloom on the berry. The vines are over 15 years old on medium-textured sandy-calcareous soil in the province of Trapani, trained on vertical Guyot trellises at 3,500 vines per hectare and harvested by hand in the first week of September.
