Made from old Mencía vines drawn from several parajes, with parcels vinified separately in 150 hectolitre stainless steel tanks at 25 degrees and macerations of 18 to 22 days on skins, then twelve months in 400 litre French oak.
A wine of great fruit concentration with a rich range of nuances: red fruit, violets and mineral notes that fold into the character brought by the oak. The palate is fresh, fleshy and elegant with a long finish.
