What it pairs with

  • Grilled trout
A classic Austrian match: the light, peppery Grüner pairs effortlessly with freshwater fish.
  • Potato salad with vinegar
The wine's crisp acidity and light body complement the tangy Austrian potato salad.
  • Charcuterie and bread
Easy-drinking and versatile, this Federspiel handles light cold cuts without conflict.
