History

Demencia is the house's ageing wine and its reference for Mencía. Production is limited and the estate works in a deliberately traditional way, letting time make the wine and releasing nothing until at least five years after the harvest. Each paraje is vinified and aged separately, then blended in what the estate calls the coupage of the three soils. All the fruit comes from the municipality of Villafranca del Bierzo.
