History
Hominis Fides is the prestige single-parcel cuvee of Chateau de Saint Cosme, from old-vine Grenache on the estate's galets-soil parcel (vines averaging 80 years). First produced in 2005, it is made only in exceptional years and represents Barruol's flagship Gigondas bottling.
