Southern herb and cherry notes pair with lavender-glazed lamb. -
Slow-braised ox cheek with vegetables
Dense fruit and tobacco complexity match rich braised beef.
History
Pegau extended their portfolio to Gigondas to offer a more accessible Southern Rhone red in the same traditional style. The wine is produced from purchased old-vine Grenache in Gigondas, vinified and aged in old foudres.
