What it pairs with

  • Grilled pork ribs
Eight months in French oak give the frame for a fatty grill.
  • Beef and pepper stew
Fifty year old vines at 500 to 600 metres bring the concentration a stew needs.
  • Semi-cured Manchego
Barrel-derived texture reads well against a firm cheese.
