Palate: citrus, minerals, white fruit

Lemon yellow, with the herb, green pepper and elderflower bouquet the cellar attributes to Sauvignonasse grown on Brda flysch. Andrej Benedetic named the wine after the nickname his university friends gave him.

What it pairs with

  • Minestrone
The cellar names it; a fresh full white is one of the few wines that survives a thick soup.
  • Grilled vegetables
Benedetic name them; the green pepper and herb register meets the char.
  • Grilled chicken or fish
The producer names both; medium body sits alongside without covering.
