Aroma: mature orchard fruit, dried herbs, wild flowers, vanilla

Palate: stone fruit, minerals, cream

The cellar's oak raised top white, named after the Brgalotisce vineyard the family bought in 1923. Complex and rich, with mature fruit and dried herbs and a warm, mineral, harmonious palate carrying a hint of vanilla.

What it pairs with

  • Lobster and langoustine
Benedetic name them; only an oak raised white at this weight holds its place.
  • Pasta or gnocchi with meat sauce
The cellar names both; the wine has the body for a meat dressed plate.
  • Roast pork or pork shank
Benedetic name pork roasts; the wine's warmth and acidity handle the fat.
