Aroma: pineapple, peach, apple, mango, melon

Palate: stone fruit, minerals, cream

Intense yellow with green undertones. The cellar calls Chardonnay the pillar of its complex white blends and treats the varietal bottling the same way: rich, complex and slightly spicy, smooth and velvety on the palate.

What it pairs with

  • Red and white meat with potatoes
Benedetic name them; the wine's richness carries a substantial plate.
  • Struklji and gnocchi
The cellar names both; the velvety texture meets the dough.
  • Duck or pheasant
Benedetic name wild poultry; full body and acidity both have a role.
