Palate: melon, almond, minerals

Golden yellow from a deliberately late harvest, with a ripe nose of melon, banana and almond over hay and dried flowers. Elegant framed, with a pronounced mineral note.

What it pairs with

  • Brda prosciutto
Carga name it; the wine's extract and lower acidity suit the cure.
  • Langoustines
The producer names scampi; the ripe fruit answers their sweetness.
  • Grilled vegetables
Carga name them; full body stands up to char.
