What it pairs with

  • Roasted pumpkin soup with cream
Nuttiness and spice in the wine echo the roasted pumpkin; acidity lightens the cream.
  • Almond tart
Marzipan and toasted hazelnut notes in the wine align with the almond filling.
  • Époisses de Bourgogne
Washed-rind cheese pungency is tempered by the wine's sweetness and fruit lift.
