What it pairs with
-
Roast lamb (lechazo)
Classic Castilian lamb and the wine's dark fruit and mineral notes are a natural pairing. -
Mushroom-stuffed pork tenderloin
Earthy mushroom and pork match the wine's herb and mineral register. -
Aged Manchego
Firm sheep's milk cheese and the wine's mineral acidity create balance.
