What it pairs with
-
Roast suckling pig (cochinillo)
The wine's firm tannins and dark fruit complement the crispy pork skin and rich meat. -
Roast lamb (lechazo)
Classic Ribera pairing -- the wine's herbal notes echo the mild lamb flavour. -
Aged Manchego cheese
Firm tannins and saline cheese make a complementary pairing.
