What it pairs with

  • Grilled lamb chops
Fresh acidity and cherry fruit pair with simply grilled Castilian lamb.
  • Roast chicken with garlic
The wine's medium body is versatile enough for simple poultry dishes.
  • Semi-cured Manchego
Young sheep's milk cheese and the wine's cherry and vanilla notes are a natural match.
