Biodynamic Poulsard off red Trias and blue Lias marl at 28 hl per hectare. The domaine calls the robe a fairly pale ruby red, the nose tart fruit and spice very typical of the grape, and the palate balanced on freshness with a rounded finish. Bottled at 11.5 percent.

What it pairs with

  • Tagine
First on the domaine's own pairing note, which is unusual and works on the wine's spice.
  • Charcuterie
Named by La Pinte; low tannin and high acidity handle cured pork.
  • Barbecue
Listed by the producer alongside salads and aperitif drinking.
  • Green salads
The domaine recommends salads, which a light, fresh red can take.
