Pale salmon in colour with intense aromas of flowers and red fruit, then a fresh, lively and balanced palate.
Unusually for a Spanish rosado, this one is direct pressed and then fermented for ten days in French oak barrels rather than in tank. The vines are thirty-five years old at Villafranca del Bierzo and Valtuille de Arriba, at 650 metres on clay with slate and quartzite.
Pale salmon in colour, with intense aromas of flowers and red fruit. In the mouth it is fresh, lively and balanced.
The grapes are direct pressed and the juice then ferments for ten days in French oak barrels, which is unusual for a Spanish rosado.
Drink within one to four years of the vintage, served between 10 and 12 degrees Celsius.
