History

Gotín del Risc is Bodega del Abad's second label. The Mencía comes from fifty year old vines at Valtuille de Arriba at 550 metres, ferments ten days in truncated conical stainless steel with twenty days of maceration, and is raised in French barrels sourced in Burgundy until the technical team judges the wine ready, at nine months.
