Wine and cheese in Tokaj

Parenyica with Dry Szamorodni ★ 3.9

Our pick

Dry Szamorodni is oxidative and nutty, a different register from dry Furmint; that nuttiness can sit alongside a smoked parenyica roll without covering the milder cheese.
