History

Don Zoilo is the premium range of Williams & Humbert, established to offer a step up from the commercial Dry Sack medium. The Fino was introduced in the 1950s as a classic Jerez biological sherry intended for the Spanish domestic market and specialist exports, where dry Fino style was preferred over the sweet medium style popular in Britain.
