History
Les Manyes is the Garnacha Vinya Classificada from Dominik Huber's biodynamic estate Terroir Al Limit. Huber, a German-born winemaker who previously worked at Mas Martinet, arrived in Priorat in the early 2000s and developed a unique approach inspired by Burgundy, using whole bunches, large wood, and non-interventionist winemaking.
