- Open and decant. Open 90 minutes before serving and pour into a decanter to aerate.

History
Les Tosses is the Cariñena Vinya Classificada sibling to Les Manyes at Terroir Al Limit. Old-vine Cariñena on llicorella slate, harvested and vinified with Dominik Huber's signature whole-cluster, large-wood methodology.
