Whole-cluster fermentation and ageing in large old French foudres produces a translucent, mineral style: red cherry, dried rose, slate, and fresh herb rather than the region's typical density.
Tasting notes: Produced only in outstanding vintages from the oldest parcels at Ferrer Bobet. Higher proportion of new oak and lower yields deliver concentrated dark berry, graphite mineral, licorice, and cedar. A more structured and age-worthy expression than the estate's base wine.
