Riesling Smaragd from the Steinriegl site at Weissenkirchen by Schneeweiß; citrus-blossom, white-peach and chalk-mineral character with clean acidity.

What it pairs with

  • Grilled sole with lemon butter
Citrus and chalk-mineral notes complement delicate flatfish and lemon butter.
  • Steamed mussels with white wine and parsley
The wine's mineral freshness and citrus notes are a natural match for shellfish.
  • Spring vegetable salad
Light herbal mineral character complements a fresh vegetable salad.
