Riesling Smaragd from the sandy-gneiss terraces of St. Michael by Weingut Bruch; a distinctive floral lift and sandy mineral character distinguishes this sub-village expression.

What it pairs with

  • Steamed fish with herb cream
The wine's floral mineral character and fresh acidity complement gently cooked fish.
  • Smoked trout pate
The wine's freshness cuts through the richness of smoked trout.
  • Tomato and mozzarella salad
Light body and herbal notes suit a fresh summer salad.
