What it pairs with
-
Grilled sea trout with caper butter
The saline mineral notes of the wine echo capers; acidity harmonises with the rich butter sauce. -
Crab bisque
Full body and mineral depth stand up to the richness of shellfish bisque. -
White asparagus with Parma ham
A classic Wachau pairing; the wine's acidity cuts through the ham fat while its mineral notes lift the asparagus.
