History

Le Novaje is a 1.5 hectare cru at 320 metres in Marano on marl with thin layers of clay and limestone, planted to double pergola and with an average vine age of about forty years. The bunches dry roughly 140 days before a long, cold fermentation that is stopped to leave residual sugar.
