Allow 95 minutes from open to pour.

History
Ester Nin and Carles Ortiz founded their Porrera project in 2003, vinifying old Cariñena and Garnacha vines with minimal intervention. Nit de les Animes, meaning Night of the Souls, is the estate's principal red expression.
