Allow 65 minutes from open to pour.
- Open and decant. Open 60 minutes before serving and pour into a decanter to aerate.

History
Nit de Nin is a secondary label from Nin-Ortiz, introduced to offer a more approachable alternative to the Nit de les Animes, using the same organically farmed old Cariñena and Garnacha from Porrera but with amphora ageing.
