History

Vino da Sete comes from fifty-year-old Trentina pergolas on the San Giorgio hill at 400 to 500 metres, on limestone and white marl with flint. It is pressed lightly for free-run must, fermented spontaneously and refermented in bottle with must from dried grapes. Annual production is 900 bottles plus 36 magnums.
