Stropa is named for the willow shoot the estate still uses to tie the canes, tougher and more flexible against the winter winds on the Castelrotto hill. The vineyard is Veronese pergola in the old vite maritata style, with the vines growing up mulberry, almond, ash and field maple trees. Annual production is 5,000 bottles and 200 magnums.
