What it pairs with

  • Wiener Schnitzel
Classic Austrian pairing: pepper spice and acidity cut through the fried breading.
  • Grilled chicken with wild herb salad
Herbal and spice notes complement herb-dressed grilled poultry.
  • Mild hard cheese
Versatile food wine; fruit and spice work with a range of semi-hard cheeses.
