In the glass
Aroma: lemon blossom, white peach, volcanic mineral, herbs
Palate: citrus zest, green apple, saline, chalky
A bright, citrus-driven Etna Bianco blending Carricante and Catarratto: saline, mineral, refreshing - capturing the north slope's volcanic energy in a fresh and approachable white.
What it pairs with
-
Insalata di polpo (octopus salad)
Briny salinity echoes the sea-fresh octopus; bright acidity cuts the oil. -
Linguine alle vongole
Classic pairing: mineral-saline character and bright acidity bridge the bivalve sweetness. -
Fresh ricotta bruschetta
Refreshing acidity lifts the creamy ricotta; citrus notes harmonise.
History
Graci introduced its Etna Bianco to complement the red range, drawing on Carricante and Catarratto from north-slope holdings. The wine is positioned as an accessible, everyday expression of Etna's white-wine terroir, before the single-contrada Carricante ambitions of the estate mature.
