History
Honivogl is a warm south-facing site above Spitz producing Grüner Veltliner Smaragd with pronounced pepper and stone-fruit character. Franz Hirtzberger began single-vineyard bottling in the mid-1980s as interest in site-specific Wachau wines grew.
